it would be ideal if I could configure one tag per email account and every email flagged gets that tag in Todoist. The same is also true in Evernote. I could live with one tag or perhaps the task inherits the same trigger tag that came from Evernote.

have the ability to add custom tags in the settings of any integration. Like the example below

Allow us to add certain tags based on the workspace / project in Asana dynamically.  For example the setting would be: Under Pleexy task settings -> Dynamically add Todoist tag for Asana Workspace "name" or Team "name" or even Project "name" for certain Asana orgs.
