I would love to see a way to also keep google tasks in sync with Todoist. Ay my company we use google docs for example for note taking and using the task option to create tasks that then sync to my google task.. would love it to then sync to Todoist

Use a tag in Todoist to sync the event duration (30min, 1h, 2h...). Ability to sync all or some Todoist projects Sync are done with a dedicated Outlook calendar Case 1 I create a task in Todoist with a tag 30min with a due date 01/07/2022 5:00pm Pleexy creates an event in the Outlook "Todo" calendar at 01/07/2022 5:00pm lasting 30min Case 2 I create an event in Outlook in the "Todo" calendar lasting 1h on 01/07/2022 12:00pm Pleexy creates a taks in Todoist with the due date 01/07/2022 12:00pm & the tag "1h"

Microsoft To Do is the hub for all the various places that send me tasks. It's frequently the case that I'll need to take something a task I created in MSTODO and move it to Basecamp. It would be great if creating a task in MSTODO (or moving an existing task in MSTODO) would create a task in the corresponding Basecamp ToDo List. My ideal layout would be A Basecamp Project is a folder in MSTODO Each Basecamp ToDo List is a "List" in that folder Anything added to an MSTODO List that is tracking a Basecamp ToDo List is automatically created in Basecamp That would allow me to transfer todos simply by dragging and dropping. Currently, I have to manually recreate the task, including all related notes and files.

Basecamp recently added a Kanban style board to their platform. New additions to the board are not stored the same as their regular todo lists. As such, when adding a task on the Kanban board, it doesn't sync through Pleexy. It would be great to include Kanban task items in the task sync.

Victor Campuzano Apr 6, 2021 I noticed you added ClickUp as a source like Asana or Basecamp. But ClickUp also works great for freelancers. I'm thinking about test ClickUp for individual productivity, but it's essential to have real-time synchronization with Asana and others.

I want to sync the "My tasks" section from Asana so that I can then use Pleexy with those tasks.

I want my tasks from Microsoft To Do to be added to a database in Notion

Jay Hill Aug 17, 2020 it would be ideal if I could configure one tag per email account and every email flagged gets that tag in Todoist. The same is also true in Evernote. I could live with one tag or perhaps the task inherits the same trigger tag that came from Evernote.
